Quest Leadership is a collection of young men who have either participated in Quest as students or gone through ALERT Basic Training. Our staff all come with a desire to mentor young men, pursue Christ-like manhood, and serve others.

The screening process for leadership includes an application process, an interview with the Quest Coordinator, and a third-party background check. Prospective leaders are screened with the students’ safety and spiritual well-being in mind and undergo extensive practical training and leadership coaching prior to the program’s start.

Roles within Quest Leadership are given based on need and ability, and applicants are not assigned to their positions before they arrive for leadership training. If you have any questions, or for more information, please contact the Quest office.
