Transportation
We need a transportation form for each student. Please submit the transportation form even if you will not need airport transportation.
ARRIVALS – MONDAY, JULY 8
If you are driving, plan to arrive on campus between 1 PM and 4 PM.
If you are flying:
- We offer transportation from the Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) airport, as well as Dallas Love Field (DAL)
- Flights must be scheduled to arrive by 2:30 PM on Monday, July 8th
- If you plan to use the airline’s Unaccompanied Minor service, you must contact us to discuss details prior to booking a flight.
Departures – Saturday, August 3*
* If you are driving, you are free to go any time after the completion dinner on Friday, August 2nd.
If you are flying:
- We offer transportation to the Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) airport, as well as Dallas Love Field (DAL)
- Flights must be scheduled to depart after 12:00 PM on Saturday, August 3rd
- If you plan to use the airline’s Unaccompanied Minor service, contact us to discuss details prior to booking a flight.
