Leadership Transportation
Please submit the transportation form even if you will not need airport transportation.
ARRIVALS – Thursday, JUNE 27
If you are driving, plan to arrive on campus no later than 6 PM.
If you are flying:
- We offer transportation from the Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) airport, as well as Dallas Love Field (DAL)
- Flights should be scheduled to arrive by 2 PM on Thursday, June 27th
Departures – THURSDAY, AUGUST 8
If you are driving, you are free to go any time on Thursday, August 8th.
If you are flying:
- We offer transportation to the Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) airport, as well as Dallas Love Field (DAL)
- Flights must be scheduled to depart after 12:00 PM on Thursday, August 8th
